Become a member

Persons engaged in the business of Realty/Real Estate Agency/Brokerage/Consultancy can be admitted in the Association. The Governing Council may at its sole discretion induct an individual or entity into the Membership of the Association. Following are the classes of Members of the Association and the rules and regulations for the admission of the memberships.

A. For Primary Membership

1. Minimum Three (3) years of experience and standing in the business.
2. Any Government Registration like Firms/Company PAN, or Service tax, or Trade License, or Shop and establishment license, or PF, or ESI registration, or Certificate of Incorporation in case of Companies, or Certificate of Registration in case of Firms and LLPs, or income tax returns showing Nature of Business/Firms and/or Company name, or Bank account/s in name of Firm/Company, etc.
3. The personal PAN card of the potential member to be submitted mandatorily.
4. Three references from Primary Members are required for said membership to be accepted.
5. Payment of Admission Fees of Rs. 50,000/- for a Life Term, and Annual Fees of Rs.10,000/-, any other fees/levies/additional fees as decided from time to time by the Governing Council/General Body.

B. For Associate Membership

1. Minimum One (1) year of experience and standing in the business.
2. Any Government Registration like Firms/Company PAN, or Service tax, or Trade License, or Shop and establishment license, or PF, or ESI registration, or Certificate of Incorporation in case of Companies, or Certificate of Registration in case of Firms and LLPs, or income tax returns showing Nature of Business/Firms and/or Company name, or Bank account/s in name of Firm/Company, etc.
3. The personal PAN card of the potential member to be submitted mandatorily.
4. Three references from Primary Members are required for said membership to be accepted.
5. Payment of Joining Fees of Rs.10,000/- for a period of two Years Only, and Annual Fees of Rs.10,000/-, any other fees/levies/additional fees as decided from time to time by the Governing Council/General Body.
6. After completion of 1 term of 2 years, Associate Member will have to renew the membership with Primary membership.
