Become a Member

Realtors/ Real Estate Agents/ Real Estate Brokers/ Real Estate Brokerages and/or all those involved in the business of Real Estate transaction advisory services can be admitted into the association.

For Primary Membership

  • Atleast a minimum of Three (3) years of experience in standing Real Estate business.
  • Any Government Registration like Firm/ Company PAN/ Trade License/ Shop & Establishment License/ PF/ ESI Registration/ Certificate of Incorporation in case of companies/ Income Tax Returns showing nature of Business/ Goa RERA agent Registration certificate/ GST Registration/ Trademark Registration/ TDS Certificate etc.
  • Mandatory submission of personal PAN & Aadhar Cards.
  • Three references of primary GAR members are required for the membership to be accepted.
  • Joining fees of Rs. 50,000/- plus GST for a Life term, and Annual fees of Rs. 10,000/- plus GST and any other fees/ levies as and when decided from time to time by the Governing Council/ General Body of GAR.

For Associate Membership

  • Atleast a minimum of One (1) year of experience in standing Real Estate business.
  • Any Government Registration like Firm/ Company PAN/ Trade License/ Shop & Establishment License/ PF/ ESI Registration/ Certificate of Incorporation in case of companies/ Income Tax Returns showing nature of Business/ Goa RERA agent Registration certificate/ GST Registration/ Trademark Registration/ TDS Certificate etc.
  • Mandatory submission of personal PAN & Aadhar Cards.
  • Three references of primary GAR members are required for the membership to be accepted.
  • Joining fees of Rs. 10,000/- plus GST for a period of two years, and Annual fees of Rs. 10,000/- plus GST and any other fees/ levies as and when decided from time to time by the Governing Council/ General Body of GAR.
  • After completion of the 1st term of Two (2) years, an Associate Member will have to upgrade his/her membership to a Primary Membership.
